It is important that we do not meet the expectations of our guests, but that we Exceed Guest expectations.

Now, you need to make your guests more than one percent, but the only way we can do this is to first find out what your guests' expectations are.

How To Exceed The Expectations Fo Restaurant Guests.
I'm leaving very quickly now, here you have to give my number one tip beyond their expectations.
Now, oh, I know you think that is stability.
No No No No I'm very serious here.

The first expectation of your guests is that it is exactly the same or better than last time.

If they last had a bigger share of French fries, they would expect a bigger share today.

If it happened faster than last time, they think it would be faster today.

If the last time their steak was fully cooked, they expect it to be fully cooked today.

If the restaurant is loud and disgusting and funny and whatever it is, that is what they expect today.
Therefore, you can do everything to impress your guests, but if you are not consistent, you will not provide everything perfect - maybe with some improvements, but at least - Every time someone comes to your restaurant, you are wasting money on marketing, you are probably emphasizing all the wrong things: the cost of your food, the cost
If you are not consistent, you will not even start Meeting The Expectations Of Your Guests, and not every task you do will happen.
