A guest is a person who brings us his wants -- it is our job to fill those desires.
Remember only a guest can give us Growth and nobody else.
To achieve our values and our common interest that is ‘Growth’ it is very important and compulsory for the entire team to follow our Standard Operating procedures for service.
To achieve the highest growth, it is not possible without the team. Hence it is very important to have a performing team for your growth.
We understand if you are used to a particular system in your previous job but please change your habit right away.
It looks very awkward for us to make you follow the standard operating every now and then, or, not following during our absence, the answer is simple. Follow the standard operations give yourself and us both peace of mind.
